Observation

During recheck visit on 4/16/24, it was observed that teachers on the preschool playground did not use a "calm and respectful tone of voice" nor "positive language to explain what children can do and give descriptive feedback," including that as children needed guidance or help while playing, teachers remained seated on a bench and yelled across the playground to talk to the children instead of approaching them.
